Returns, Exchanges & Alteration Policy

1. Bespoke & Tailored Garments

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made bridal blouses, embroidered couture, and made-to-measure kurtis, we cannot offer monetary refunds once fabric has been cut or embroidered.

However, we guarantee our Perfect Fit Assurance: we offer complimentary minor alterations within 7 days of garment receipt at our Chennai atelier or via return courier. All our tailored pieces feature generous 2-inch inner side margins.

2. Handloom Sarees & Unstitched Pieces

Pure handloom sarees and unstitched fabrics may be returned or exchanged within 5 business days of delivery, provided the saree remains unused, unwashed, with original tags intact and fall/pico unworked.

3. Initiating an Alteration or Return

To request an alteration or exchange, please message our studio concierge on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email returns@aazhi.studio with your Order Number and photos of the garment.

4. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds for approved returns are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days following inspection at our studio.
