2. Authentic Handcrafted Variations
Due to the authentic artisanal nature of handloom silk weaving, natural dye extraction, and hand zardosi embroidery, subtle variations in thread texture, motif alignment, or sheen are natural markers of handmade authenticity rather than defects.
3. Pricing & Inventory
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard taxes. While we maintain live stock synchronization, in rare events where two concurrent customers request the final available unit of an artisan fabric, priority is determined by order timestamp, and any unfulfilled amount is refunded immediately.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All agreements and purchases through this website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
