Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Domestic Shipping Across India

AAZHI provides complimentary standard courier shipping on all orders placed via our official online storefront. We partner with premier logistics providers (BlueDart, DTDC, and Delhivery) to ensure safe, tamper-proof delivery.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Ready-to-Wear Pieces: Dispatched from our Chennai studio within 48 to 72 business hours. Delivery within 4 to 7 business days depending on location.

• Custom Blouses & Tailored Creations: Each bespoke ensemble requires 7 to 10 days of master embroidery and stitch work. Orders are dispatched immediately after stringent quality check approval.

3. Order Tracking

Once your creation has been dispatched, a courier tracking number and real-time tracking link will be communicated via WhatsApp and Email. You may also track status on our Track Order portal.

4. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If the outer parcel appears damaged or opened at delivery, please do not accept the package or immediately capture photographs and contact our studio helpline (+91 98765 43210).
